Customer Success Manager

This is a very broad and central role within Comintelli. You will engage with the customer during the entire customer journey and manage all the administrative work to ensure the smooth handling of customer onboarding, invoicing, renewals, etc. You will work closely with the CFO, the sales team as well as the onboarding team.
The main focus for this role is ensuring that Comintelli customer partnerships are successful and long-term relationships. Delivering customer service that is best in class, focusing on continuous improvement, speed and proficiency of internal processes as well as maintaining accurate information in our internal systems will be key to the success of this role. Managing renewals and upsell business is also one of the responsibilities for the Customer Success Manager.
The ideal candidate is a customer-centric and structured person who loves solving challenges for our customers and is resourceful and tenacious. Are you up for the challenge?

The position includes varied work, such as

  • Responsible for developing customer relationships with a focus on retention, expansions and loyalty.
  • Responsible for the customer agreements, internal systems and processes. Ensuring our records are updated and accurate.
  • Engage with prospects, introducing Intelligence2day® and doing demos.
  • Administrative tasks concerning customers, licenses, invoicing, etc.
  • Proactively work towards improving the customer experience with Comintelli and our tool Intelligence2day®.
  • Taking part in the customer onboarding process.
  • Provide start-up training of our platform Intelligence2day for new customers.
  • Advice customers on how to maximize the value and best use Intelligence2day®.
  • Provide first-line support to customers.
  • Manage our User Community (newsletters, webinars, round tables).
  • Setting up and managing customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Evaluate and manage customer learning tools (tours, tutorials and help documentation).
  • We think you have

  • A relevant post-secondary education.
  • Experience in working in a SaaS or software company.
  • You can read, write and understand legal texts.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills including attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic and proactive nature.
  • Proven track record of working in a customer facing role
  • Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
  • You communicate fluently in English and Swedish.
  • A good understanding of Competitive and Market Intelligence, Business Intelligence and/or, Knowledge Management is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical skills or ability to quickly learn technical concepts.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.

    Sales Executive

    This is an important role at Comintelli as you introduce and empower our customers to create their own insight systems and set them up for success. As a Sales Executive at Comintelli, you will introduce our solutions within Competitive and Market Intelligence and engage in the entire sales process. Your focus will be on generating new business by working closely with our Marketing team. You are outgoing, hungry and have a great interest in technology. You also have a keen eye for identifying business opportunities and the ability to close them.

    The position includes varied work, such as

  • Qualifying incoming leads from the marketing team and conducting needs analysis with potential customers.
  • Prospecting lists of wanted customers in order to develop sales opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects, introducing Intelligence2day® and doing demos.
  • Drive sales negotiations and client meetings.
  • Participate in various marketing events.
  • Build strong customer relationships in order to create upsell opportunities.
  • We think you have

  • A secondary education and preferably a relevant post-secondary education as well.
  • At least 2 years of experience from B2B sales, preferably enterprise software sales.
  • Fantastic interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
  • You communicate fluently in English and Swedish. Other European languages such as German could be meritorious.
  • A good understanding of Competitive and Market Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management and/or SaaS is a big plus.
  • Experience from sales to pharma, chemicals, telecom and/or manufacturing is a merit.
  • Strong technical skills or ability to quickly learn technical concepts.
