A little while ago, we asked our clients to complete our customer satisfaction survey. We do this every year to help us better understand our clients’ needs and to help us develop even further so that we can continuously serve them to our best abilities.
And we weren’t surprised that most of our clients were more than happy to share their positive experiences of Intelligence2day®. A large focus of what we do is keeping our clients happy with support, so it was more than important to us to receive this feedback. This is because we know that when we support our clients, they grow and receive even better results.
In our customer satisfaction survey, we interviewed our clients from Europe, North America and Asia, both on the cloud and on-premise, as well as new and long-standing clients. Below are a few of the highlights, in which clients scored their experience out of 10.
Overall customer satisfaction
As mentioned, we carefully put time into ensuring our clients are satisfied, and when rating their overall satisfaction with Intelligence2day®, most of our clients scored 7, followed by 8 and 9.
Support is enjoyed the most
Supporting clients with their needs is more than important to us, and so it’s no wonder a high 9 was scored by the majority of our clients, with 10 coming in second place. We will continue to support our clients as best we can, and improve where necessary.
Speaking of support, when asked how satisfied they are with our help and training, most clients rated 6, 9 and 10 equally.
Efficient onboarding service
The right onboarding is essential from the get-go and can make the biggest difference in how team members use the platform going forward. Our clients recognise this too, with most scoring our onboarding service a 10 first, with 7, 8 and 9 in tied second place.

It’s always good to know that our clients enjoy Intelligence2day® so much that they would recommend others join us too. When asked how likely they would recommend us, our clients rated 8, 9, and 7, in that order.
We also asked our clients why exactly they chose Intelligence2day® and found that a few of the reasons included;

- To simplify the sorting and storing of competitive intel collected from various sources.
- Ease of use with most required functions already existing, as well as easy configuration.

- To improve their client’s experience.
