Marketing and Sales Assistant to Comintelli

We are experiencing new challenges and strong growth and are now looking to fill a temporary position as a Marketing and Sales Assistant between August 2016 and August 2017.  The Marketing and Sales Assistant reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The role spans across many diverse tasks, such as:

• Branding activities for Comintelli and Intelligence2day® brands
• Responsible for Demo sites for each target industry
• Find new contacts for e-mail database (e-mail lists)
• Manage reseller partner relations to achieve sales growth across varied channels
• Ensure that partners are up-to-date with new products and enhancements
• Maintain Resource Library including following content; collateral, white papers, customer cases, films presentations, Functionality Descriptions
• Event planning, including trade shows, webinars and own promotional events.
• Write and distribute press releases
• Design templates (Word, PowerPoint, business cards)
• Create and maintain competitor benchmark sheets
• Research market information for sales team and other departments

PERSONAL BACKGROUND

• University degree in IT, business administration and/or marketing
  (or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Eye for graphic design
• Easy to express yourself in words
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial, very social and energetic
• Great sense of humour
• Interested in software and technology
• Fluent in Swedish and English
