What do Comintelli clients have to say?
It’s that time of the year again! Each year, we send our Customer Satisfaction survey to all our clients, and this year we received a high response from a third of our clients from around the world. We are grateful to have such engaged clients.
We do this every year so that we can continuously understand our clients’ needs as they evolve, which in turn, helps us develop our competitive intelligence software further to serve them as best we can.
Our clients from Europe, North America and Asia, both new and long-standing clients, all took part in completing this survey. Most of our clients were more than happy to share their positive experiences of Intelligence2day®.

How satisfied are you with Intelligence2day®?
In terms of overall satisfaction with Intelligence2day®, scores were high with 85% of the participants scoring 7, 8 and 9.
How satisfied are you with our support?
Support is an important part of our service offering. This is why we are pleased to see our customers make good use of our support services, and enjoy it too, with most scoring 8, 9 and 10 on the scale.
How satisfied are you with the help site and training material?
We provide training and help material to support our clients when they need it, in addition to our support team. We are pleased that our clients make use of it, scoring in the high section.
How likely is it that you would recommend Intelligence2day® to a friend or colleague?
Our software and platform Intelligence2day® speaks for itself, with most of our clients indicating that they would highly recommend Intelligence2day® to a friend or colleague. Further, when calculating our Net Promoter Score (NPS), we received a score of 45 which is considered high on the sliding scale of -100 to + 100, and especially when the benchmark score for B2B software and SaaS companies is 30.
