We are thrilled to welcome Swathi Nair to the Comintelli team as our new Customer Success Manager! To welcome her fully, and introduce her to our customers, we sat down to ask a few questions.
What are some of the highlights of your career thus far?
I moved to Dubai in 2012, right after completing a Masters’s degree in Media Management. I started my career as a Marketing Associate with an agency that dealt with FMCG clients. My interest in strategy and communication planning, coupled with client servicing led me to work in the capacity of Account Manager in multiple traditional marketing agencies.
In 2018, I transitioned into Digital and was responsible for campaign strategy and media planning in my Digital Account management roles. During my time with the various organizations, I’ve had the opportunity to work with large-scale regional and international clients, within key verticals such as banking, FMCG, automotive, fashion, and real estate. Every client had different objectives, thereby making the creative process very interesting. As an Account Manager, client management and retention were also a large part of my role, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
What is included in your current role at Comintelli?
As Customer Success Manager, I would see myself as the bridge between our clients and the Comintelli team, ensuring ongoing support. Some of my key responsibilities would include smooth onboarding for new customers, client retention, and keeping an overall check on the clients in all departments.
What are you enjoying the most about working at Comintelli so far?
I really enjoy working with the team here. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. I’ve been learning a lot in a short span of time, thanks to them. That allows me to get on board much faster.
What do you believe is the biggest challenge in CI at the moment?
The biggest challenge today, I believe, is that there is a lot of data, with a limited skillset to make sense of them.
