For immediate release.
Comintelli ( www.Comintelli.com ), the leading provider of software for competitive intelligence (CI), today announced the opening of two North American offices, to market and support their award-winning software.
Sales and support for North American customers will from now on be handled by the offices in New York, US and Ottawa, Canada.
“We have seen tremendous growth in the demand for our products, so we have taken this step to serve the needs of our North American customers”, says Jesper E. Martell, CEO of Comintelli. “Our philosophy is to work promptly and closely with our customers and the opening of our new offices is completely in line with this. We look forward to working with the intelligence-savvy companies that exist here in North America.”
The international success of Comintelli is due to several factors. Global developments have resulted in a major intensification of competition between companies, this includes privatization; deregulation; liberalization; shorter product life cycles, faster innovation processes and reduced product and service differentiation. There is a growing pressure on companies to move from being competitor aware to being competitor intelligent. Comintelli software supports this process by creating a systematic ability to not only study competitors, but also to use the intelligence gathered to contribute to the bottom line.
Comintelli is the market-leading provider of software for competitive intelligence and knowledge management. Comintelli develops, markets and sells the award winning and patented products Knowledge XChanger™ and Matrix Analyzer™. Comintelli Knowledge XChanger™ is used globally by thousands of users every day. Our major reference customers include Biovitrum, Eniro, Skanska, TeliaSonera, Tetra Pak and Volvo Cars. The company was founded in 1999 and has offices in Stockholm, London, New York, and Ottawa.
