March 15, 2019Comintelli today announced that it has been included in a Forrester Research report listing emerging vendors offering market and competitive intelligence solutions, in the report “New Tech: Market and Competitive Intelligence (M&CI) Solutions, Q1 2019.”
In the report, analysts Cinny Little and Elizabeth Cullen present an overview of 27 emerging vendors in the market and competitive intelligence solutions market, divided into three categories; software platform vendors, hybrid providers and primary services providers. The report should be used to help customer insights pros who work in market and competitive intelligence understand the capabilities within different market segments.
The Forrester Research report states that these “emerging competitive intelligence platforms augment human intelligence with ai assist, including machine learning, text analytics, and cognitive search” and Forrester identifies an emerging technology, M&CI solution, as “a solution that enables users to search for and analyze diverse information sources about competitors and market context by AI-assisted collection, curation, and tagging of data and information from internal and external sources. Users then leverage templates, dashboards and collaboration features to share actionable insights across their organization.” These features are all important parts of Comintelli’s Intelligence2day® platform.
