The spread of the Corona virus (COVID-19) is on all our minds and in the news. We would like to reassure you that Comintelli has been monitoring this situation closely to ensure we can meet the ongoing needs of our customers. We are continuously following Swedish authorities information and recommendations and each of us are aware of everyone’s individual responsibility to face the pandemic.

We are convinced that the situation will improve in the near future and until then our priority is to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners.  We have activated our emergency response process and are taking precautions to safeguard our employees while continuing to deliver the high level of support you expect from us.

As an organization, Comintelli has been a digital company for many years and we are well prepared to provide our software virtually and to work from home. We appreciate that our customers and business partners embrace the use of digital tools to minimize any disruptions. We have contacted our hosting partners and suppliers to receive assurance from them that all their business continuity plans are in place and that they have capacity to provide services.

It is clear that extraordinary situations help us to think out of the box and push us to change behaviors.  This crisis is demonstrating that market and competitive intelligence capabilities are more critical than ever. We feel fortunate to not only have the digital tools available, but also to have customers with minds set on moving forward.
