ABOUT THE ROLE

As Customer Success Manager you will be part of Customer Operations and report to Head of Customer Operations. The culture at Comintelli is marked by openness and cooperation. JOB DUTIES

The role as Customer Success Manager includes varied and exciting work with focus on ensuring long-term, qualitative and profitable relationships with Comintellis customers. Your responsibility is to ensure that Comintellis customers are satisfied with the cooperation and that Comintelli constantly adapts to customer needs. The position involves daily contact with customers located in northern Europe and the US, as well as much internal contacts with colleagues within the company. Trips occur monthly.

You work in close cooperation with the sales department to ensure that existing customer partnerships are maintained and develops further. Even though you do not have individual sales responsibility or sales targets it is naturally always important that you always keep a business mindset and work to increase profitability and growth of existing customers partnerships.

Example of job duties:

  • Ensuring that Comintelli customer partnerships are successful and long-term relationships
  • Managing project implementations of Intelligence2day® for Comintelli customers
  • Resource planning and monitoring of these projects
  • Coordination between Comintelli’s various departments to ensure that the delivery and customer experience are of best class

The job is suitable if you are early in your career with a couple of years of work experience from Account Managing or Project Managing with customer focus. You now want to take the next step in your career. For the right person there is great potential to grow within the organization since Comintelli have ambitious plans for expansion and growth in the coming years.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is an experienced creator of relations and has experience working with maintaining customer relationships, or have worked in a project management role. A major key for success as a Customer Success Manager is that you have an interest in IT combined with a strong commitment to developing customer relations and strengthening customer partnerships. You are used to working in roles that place high demands on accuracy and coordination under sometimes stressful conditions, since you in the role of Customer Success Manager will be responsible for handling multiple projects parallel.

  • Have a degree at least college level in areas such as IT, finance, marketing etc.
  • Is fluent in both English and Swedish
  • At least 2 years of work experience from jobs within customer relations and/or project management.

It is an advantage if you have interest or experience in working with knowledge management, business intelligence or CRM systems. It is also an advantage if you have previous experience from the software industry.

We are looking for someone who is committed, driven, structured, and motivated to work solutions oriented and creative. You are a flexible person with a distinctly social side and great ability to handle many parallel tasks. You also possess high work ethics because sometimes you will have a lot of work to do. Since your role will involve coordination between sales and the technical side it is important that you are comfortable with having a big network, both internally and externally. You are attracted to work internationally, and you have a business mindset that you want to contribute with to Comintellis continued expansion. Naturally you are an open and humble team player who share energy to your colleagues.

  • Salary: Monthly salary by agreement
  • Location: Kista (Trips to Europe and the US occur approximately once a month)
